About the Club
IN SEARCH OF HELP
The Charities Pensions Club was founded in 2014 by Gareth Hopkins of GJH Pensions. Struggling to find support for third sector specific pensions concerns, and with a limited budget, he turned to his peers for help. He formed a small group of charity pension managers who met regularly to discuss relevant topics.
The industry started talking, and word of mouth referrals meant the group quickly grew in popularity and includes some of the most prominent UK charities. Its success lies in the fact that the group is led by its members. Members decide the agenda, ensuring it is tailored specifically to their needs.
VALUE FOR MONEY
With charities continually under scrutiny for how they spend donations, Club membership offers real value for money. In the third sector, you owe it to your donors and volunteers to keep consultancy and intel fees low. The Club helps you do this by providing reports, a forum for members to discuss sector specific concerns and much more.
