Contacting members and partners with club information. 
Sharing of email addresses among other members and partners through communication and introductions that take place throughout the year. 
We may share this information with other organisations where we deliver joint events, however the information is only shared for event logistics only.

We keep contact details for the duration of a member/partner’s membership and for 2 years thereafter.
