Provided in partnership with our actuarial partner, First Actuarial.

We are delighted to announce a new CPC member benefit for 2026 - FREE access to First Actuarial’s Financial MOT tool — a practical, easy-to-use online tool designed to help your charity support the financial wellbeing of its employees.
This new benefit will be available from January 2026 to May 2027 - an ideal wellbeing initiative to offer staff as we begin next year.

To access this free benefit, you simply need to be a member of the CPC.

Why This Matters

Financial wellbeing is an increasingly important issue across the charity sector. Many employees are facing rising living costs, concerns over insufficient pension savings and heightened financial stress.

The Financial MOT tool enables your charity to provide meaningful, confidential support by guiding employees through a simple set of questions and creating a personalised action plan to help them improve their financial confidence.

Importantly, no personal data is collected when employees use the tool. Responses remain anonymous, ensuring staff can engage openly and comfortably.

What the Tool Provides

A personalised financial wellbeing action plan for every employee
Clear, practical guidance to help staff understand and improve their financial position
Support on everyday money matters, long-term planning and pensions
The tool will be accessible to employees so they can revisit the tool at any point their circumstances change, giving them an updated action plan to work with.
Two tool options:
Standard version – generates an action plan using general information (FREE for CPC Members)
Bespoke version – fully tailored to your charity’s own benefits package (optional upgrade)
Annual Insights for Employers

Each May, your charity will receive annual usage data and insights into the key financial concerns raised by your workforce.

While individual responses are anonymous,no personal data is collected, and only aggregated themes can be identified to help you understand where further support may be valuable for staff.

Cost - FREE

The Financial MOT tool starts from around £500 per year, but CPC members receive this FREE through our partnership with First Actuarial. Considering the tool’s value exceeds the cost of CPC annual membership, this is a significant saving for your organisation.
