This year, Charities Pensions Club is focusing on pension engagement and exploring how organisations can better support employees in understanding, valuing and engaging with their pension benefit.
We will shortly be opening a free Pensions Engagement Survey, open to both members and non-members of our club. While Charities Pensions Club has its roots in the charity and not-for-profit sector, pension engagement is a challenge that spans all sectors, and we believe there is real value in learning from a broad range of organisations.
The survey will take a deeper dive into pensions engagement, exploring current approaches, challenges and opportunities. Most importantly, we want participants to share what they have found works well in their own organisations. By bringing together these experiences and insights, we hope to identify practical ideas that others can learn from and adapt.
Collaboration is at the heart of Charities Pensions Club. By sharing knowledge and experiences, we can help each other improve pensions engagement and support employees in making informed decisions about their financial future.
