Chloe Scragg
CEO
With over 20 years of experience in events and membership management within the charity and public sectors, Chloe has dedicated her career to supporting the not-for-profit community. Since becoming CEO of the Charities Pensions Club (CPC) in 2022, she has led the organisation through significant growth and innovation.
Under her leadership, CPC's membership has nearly doubled, and the range of services offered to members has expanded to include an annual conference, data surveys, guest speakers from key industry figures, and, most recently, real-life charity case studies for members to engage with. Chloe is guided by what members want, ensuring that CPC evolves in line with their priorities and needs.
Chloe has a strong understanding of the time and financial resource constraints that charities face. Recognising that pensions represent one of the largest areas of expenditure for many organisations, she is committed to helping members manage this critical area as effectively as possible. CPC addresses these challenges by providing best practice, insight, and a collaborative forum where knowledge can be shared to support informed pension decision-making. Chloe was recently honoured to be nominated for the 2025 Professional Pensions Women in Pensions Awards, in the ‘Unsung Hero’ category for her work at CPC.
Chloe is also an active member of the Communications and Engagement Committee of The Living Pension.
She is deeply passionate about empowering the charity and not-for-profit sector. In her spare time, Chloe offers voluntary business support to charitable organisations.
Based in Whitby, North Yorkshire, in her spare time Chloe enjoys walks along the coastline with her husband and their dog and exploring the North York Moors..
